While we would love for
         our customers to stop in, please call to schedule an appointment. We accept walk in orders/ drop offs and pick up's by
         appointment only. Due to the various hazardous chemicals we work with and inhalation dangers asociated with these
         products, our insurance, and OSHA require that all personnel inside our shop facility to wear OSHA approved safety
         equipment.
      
      SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
  
To ship us an item for refinishing. Please box it up securely. Include a note with your full name,
         return shipping address, your contact information including email (so we can let you know your order has arrived and
         send the return shipment tracking info to), the coating you want us to use, the color(s) (if its a custom mixed color
         please include a sample of the desired color), and what camo pattern you want if applicable.

         for exact shipping charges. We recommend you insure any item shipped for the full replacement value of the item(s)
         being shipped. (Standard shipping insurance covers only $100.00).
 
L.T.M. Refinishing is not responsible for any item lost or
         damaged in shipping.
We strongly encourage that you insure all item for full replacement value. Most
         carriers only insure for a value of up to $100.00 unless directed to have additional coverage. 
 
Damaged Goods :
If you receive
         goods that have been damaged during shipment, save and photograph the package and contents, then notify the shipper
         immediately to file a claim. Failure to follow these instructions may void your claim for damages.

         for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with our services, we want to hear about it. Let us know
